The young Mary was once going 
to the town of Bethlehem 
telling the old legend

There was no room in a hostel 
but the stable was save and warm 
So she gave birth to her first son 
proped up by Josef's arm. 

Starsuns and wise men. 
Sheperds and angelchoir. 
What did the dark Josef think 
who never said a word? 

Beamed through of heavens glance 
shone those holy two

Maybe he wreathed his coat
